Resident Qualifying Criteria
All residents are uniformly qualified by this written criteria, based on: 1) RENTAL HISTORY; 2) EMPLOYMENT HISTORY & INCOME; 3) CREDIT HISTORY; and 4) CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING.

Rental Application Packet (.pdf 976KB)
Application Packet contains all instructions and forms required to apply for a rental property. A separate application & Application Fee ($35 each) is required for each person 18 years & older.

Landlord / Tenant / Agent Relationship Disclosure Notice
Recar & Associates provides fee-based management services for Property Owners (Landlords). We are the Owner/Landlord's managing AGENT; we do not own the properties we manage.
