Xuan (pronounced "SWAN") joined us from Coldwell Banker United, Realtors®  with a background in residential listing and sales.  She comes from a family who handled Residential real estate and Property Management for over 20 years, so she has much experience to offer our clients.  Xuan is upbeat (she's ALWAYS singing!) and caring with her clients, but she also has a very straight forward approach about business.  A long time student of the arts, she enjoys the marketing, design and architectural aspects of her job and tends to become a bit "attached" to her listings.    Xuan savors time cooking, fishing, watching sports and old movies, and loves cultural exploration and the outdoors.
