Melissa Geraci
Associate Property Manager -
Site / Field Manager
melissa.geraci@recar-realtors.com
Melissa Geraci primarily
spends her time in the field doing driveby and interior
inspections of our management portfolios. By having a
manager spending the majority of time in the field, we are
able to see the properties more frequently and provide
better management services to our clients and residents.
Melissa has been managing multifamily properties since 1998,
so she is well-versed in handling the issues that arise with
both properties and tenants. When she needs to unwind,
Melissa loves to dance.
