Director of Operations

Greg Fedro brings a wealth of experience to the clients of
Recar & Associates. As Director of Operations,
Greg’s role is in company marketing and acquisitions, hiring
& training, and overall quality control.
Greg joined Recar &
Associates in 1994 after previously managing multi-family
projects. Greg holds the Master Property Manager
(MPM) designation from the National Association of
Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is a past
President of the NARPM Austin-Area Chapter, was the NARPM
National Certification Committee Chair from 2001-2003 and
2006, and served on the National NARPM Board of Directors in
2005-2006. Greg is a licensed REALTOR and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and the ABOR Women’s Council of Realtors.
Greg also holds the ABOR GRI designation
(advanced training in industry Marketing, Brokerage, &
Finance). Greg enjoys boating,
traveling, is certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor, is
a Licensed Massage Therapist, and plays guitar in a folk
band ... diverse interests make for a
well-adjusted Property Management professional!

Tracy DeLaughter
Client Services Manager (South Portfolio)

Tracy DeLaughter has
worked in customer service positions since 1997, with most
of her experience administering business center operations
and customer support. Tracy is very organized and is a good
project manager, making her very effective in our operation
when it comes to coordinating and managing her portfolio.
Tracy enjoys spending time with her daughter, listening to
music, and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Rudy Vincent
joined the Recar team in 2009 as a Leasing Associate &
REALTOR. As a REALTOR®
and because of his management background, Rudy was a
natural choice when we decided to expand our Property
Management team. Rudy comes from a family of real
estate professionals, with both parents and a sister
all working in the Austin Real Estate industry.
Rudy graduated
with a degree in Communications from Texas State University.
After college, he moved to Oklahoma, where he directed the
number one newscast in the state. But after 6 years in
the TV business, he knew it was time to get back to
Texas.
When not at the office or
showing lease properties, Rudy likes to spend time with his
friends and family. He also likes to watch movies and
read. |

Melissa Geraci
Property Site Manager

Melissa Geraci joined the
Recar team in 2006 as one of our Field Managers. She
started managing multifamily residential units in 1998, so
she is indeed a Property Manager who has weathered much in
our industry.
As a Site Manager, Melissa relays information to
the Client Services Managers and handles the field
inspections for move-outs, makeready completions, and the
ongoing home inspections we do year-round. Melissa is
key in the way we counsel Landlords about their
properties and assist them with decisions about the
long-term care of the asset properties.
When she needs to unwind,
Melissa likes plants, shopping and she loves to dance. |

Judy Cage
Resident Services
Coordinator (Non-maintenance)

Judy Cage has over ten years experience in
managing residential multi-family communities in San Antonio
and El Paso. Judy is our Management Department's
administrative assistant, and she is the direct oversight
for Tenant administration (including rent collections, lease
renewals, and policy issues). After hours, Judy enjoys
going to the movies and listening to the Blues. |
