Property Maintenance Services

Maintaining the condition and value of a rental property is a shared responsibility between Tenants, Owners, and Management.

Tenants are expected to treat the property as if it were their own and take care of smaller repairs and contribute to keeping the operating costs of the home down (so that we can also keep rent prices under control) and to notify Management accordingly.

Owners are expected to keep the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in good working order. Management is expected to facilitate repairs so that prompt customer service is offered to our residents, at at a good value/price to our owner clients.
