We are the Owners’ managing Agent.  The Lease Agreement is between YOU and the PROPERTY OWNER. 

We are bound by a separate Leasing & Management Agreement to act on the best interest of the Owner, while still treating our Tenants fairly and ethically.

You should always keep this in mind in our communications – we cannot keep ‘secrets’ from the Owner. Owners give us their instructions about how we should transact on their behalf.

The provisions of the Lease Agreement will always prevail in our decisions.  In addition, you will find that we act professionally, reasonably, and will always seek a win-win decision when possible.
