All residents are uniformly qualified by this written criteria, based on:  1) RENTAL HISTORY; 2) EMPLOYMENT HISTORY & INCOME; 3) CREDIT HISTORY; and 4) CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING.

  Application Packet contains all instructions and forms required to apply for a rental property.   A separate application & Application Fee ($35 each) is required for each person 18 years & older.
